Early Life & Education
Born in Epetedo, Surulere, Dr. Alaka-Yusuf Lukmon began his academic journey at Holy Cross Cathedral Elementary School, Lagos Island. He later attended Baptist Academy, Obanikoro, before pursuing teaching at St. Joseph Teachers College, graduating with distinction in 1986.
He earned his NCE in Mathematics & Integrated Science from the Federal College of Education, Osiele, Abeokuta (1989), and later a B.Sc.Ed in Mathematics Education from the University of Lagos.
Banking Career
In 1994, he transitioned into banking, working with Eko International Bank, Bank PHB Plc, and Skye Bank Plc, rising to Senior Business Manager by 2005. His decade-long banking career reflected versatility and professional excellence.
Entrepreneurship & Education
On July 28th, 2005, he founded Malizzay Group of Schools with only four students. Today, the institution has grown into a renowned network, known for academic excellence, innovation, and extracurricular success under his leadership.

Currently serving as the President of NAPPS Lagos State and Chairman/CEO of Malizzay Group of Schools, Dr. Alaka-Yusuf is also the Baale-designate of Alaka, Surulere, in recognition of his service to the community.

A devoted family man, Dr. Alaka-Yusuf is passionate about promoting peace, unity, and educational advancement in Nigeria. His philanthropy and mentorship continue to inspire future generations.
